What delivery options are available?

• Within Cyprus: ACS Courier offers "To Door" (home delivery) or "To Point" (pickup from an ACS location).
• International: Shipped via Cyprus Post, delivering to most destinations worldwide.

Can I pick the order up myself?

• Yes! Collect from our shop in Limassol.

How long does delivery take?

• Cyprus: 1-3 working days after dispatch.
• International: 2-3 weeks (varies by location).

How are shipping costs calculated?

• Cyprus: ACS to Door is €8, ACS to Point is €4 for orders less than €50. Delivery is free on all orders over €50.
• International: Costs depend on your location and package weight and are shown at checkout.

What happens if there are issues with delivery?

Are there customs fees for international orders?

• Customs duties may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.
