Dispatch Times

  • Orders are typically dispatched the next working day after payment confirmation. We will contact you in case of any significant delays with dispatching your order.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Methods

  • Within Cyprus: We use ACS Courier. You have the option of using the ACS to Door service, which delivers directly to your house, or to Point service, where your order is delivered to an ACS location where you may collect it.
  • International Orders: Items are shipped via Cyprus Post, offering international delivery services to most destinations.

Delivery Times

  • Domestic (Cyprus): 1-3 working days after dispatch.
  • International: Delivery times vary based on location and Cyprus Post's shipping schedules. Typical estimates for delivery times given by Cyprus Post are 2-3 weeks.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and depend on your location and the weight of the package.

Responsibility and Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.
  • Sensorium is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delays caused during transit. These are the responsibility of the courier or postal service.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for undeliverable packages due to address errors.

Customs and Duties

For international orders, customs fees or duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These are the buyer's responsibility.

Issues with Delivery

If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe or arrives damaged:
