Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?

• Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving them.
• Items must be in their original condition, with tags and packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

How do I start a return?

• Customers must pay for the costs of sending the items back to us, or return them to the shop directly.

Can I return sale items or gift cards?

• No, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

What if my item is damaged or incorrect?

• Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if there’s an issue.

When will I get my refund?

• Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval and will be issued to your original payment method.
• If you don’t receive your refund within 15 business days, contact us.
