Delivery Options:

Cyprus: ACS Courier offers To Door (home delivery) or To Point (pick-up from an ACS location). Delivery takes 1-3 working days. Free delivery on all order over €50.

International: Shipped via Cyprus Post, with estimated delivery times of 2-3 weeks depending on location. Shipping costs are calculated at checkou. Customs duties may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.

In-store collection: You also have the option to collect your online order from our shop in Limassol.

At Sensorium, we offer a 14-day return and exchange policy. If an item doesn’t fit or isn’t as expected, you can return it for a refund or exchange it for an item of the same price.

To be eligible, items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging, along with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Buyer is responsible for paying for delivery of the returned item. Items bought online can also be returned directly to the shop.
