Delivery Options:

Cyprus: ACS Courier offers To Door (home delivery) or To Point (pick-up from an ACS location). Delivery takes 1-3 working days. Free delivery on all order over €50.

International: Shipped via Cyprus Post, with estimated delivery times of 2-3 weeks depending on location. Shipping costs are calculated at checkou. Customs duties may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.

In-store collection: You also have the option to collect your online order from our shop in Limassol.

At Sensorium, we offer a 14-day return and exchange policy. If an item doesn’t fit or isn’t as expected, you can return it for a refund or exchange it for an item of the same price.

To be eligible, items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging, along with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Buyer is responsible for paying for delivery of the returned item. Items bought online can also be returned directly to the shop.

Vintage sizing varies, so we provide detailed measurements for each piece to help you find the perfect fit. All items are measured flat in centimetres.

For accuracy, we recommend measuring a similar garment you own using the flat-lay method, then comparing it to our listing.
